Banana Bread - Martha Stewart

Cream:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Sift and add:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Pour into buttered bread pan or 3-4 small pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
