Honey Bun Cake

This is a seminary breakfast favorite!!!


1 yellow cake mix
4 egg whites (I use 2 whole eggs)
1 cup fat free sour cream
2/3 cup applesauce

1/2 c brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Combine top 4 ingredients; beat on low for 2 minutes.  Pour half the batter into a greased 9x13 pan.  Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter.  Cover with remaining batter.  Use a knife to swirl through batter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 mins.  Check w toothpick for doneness.

Drizzle w glaze:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 TBLS milk
1 tsp vanilla

(I half the glaze recipe)
