Death by Chocolate Cake

1 chocolate cake mix
1- 3 oz box of chocolate instant pudding
3/4 c sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c water
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c chocolate chips

Beat ingredients together until well blended. (except chocolate chips)    Stir in chocolate chips and pour into greased bundt pan.    Bake at 350 for 45-55 min.    Let cool for about 10 min., then invert onto platter.    Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar, or pour fudge icing over warm cake.   Let cool.  (Shelly Clark)

Fudgey Icing
3/4 c butter
3 Tbls cocoa
4 Tbls milk
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 c powdered sugar

In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil while stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.   Pour hot mixture into mixing bowl.   Add powdered sugar slowly and whip until smooth.   Add enough powdered sugar until you reach your desired consistency.   Pour over cake while warm.   Frosting will set as it cools.
