Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 c grated zucchini
2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa (or 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

In large bowl, beat eggs until smooth.   Beat in sugars, oil, and vanilla.  Stir in zucchini.   Sift remaining dry ingredients together.  Stir into zucchini mixture.   Can add 1 c nuts, if desired.   Bake in 2 well greased pans at 350 degrees for 50-60 min.  Cool in pans for 15-20 mins and then remove to cool on rack.
