German Pancakes

6 eggs
1 C flour
1 C milk
dash of salt

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat well with a whisk.  Preheat oven to 475 degrees.   Melt 4 Tbls margarine/butter in a 9x13 pan.   When butter is melted, tip pan to coat entire bottom of pan.  Pour batter into middle of pan and bake for 20 min or until brown.  Pancake will rise up sides of pan.
