Hash Brown Quiche

3 cups shredded hash browns (frozen)
1 c diced ham
1 c shredded swiss cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 c milk
3 T melted butter
1/2 tsp salt

In pie plate, mix butter and hash browns to make crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 mins. Remove from oven and fill with layers of cheese and ham. Beat eggs and milk together. Sprinkle with salt and pour over ham/cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins. Let cool and serve.

**I double this recipe to put in a 9x13 pan. We eat this for dinner w/ fresh fruit.
