2 C milk
3/4 C sugar
2 1/2 Tbls salt
3/4 C margarine
6 C warm water
4 pkg yeast
24 C flour
1/2 C sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Scald milk. Stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to luke warm. Measure warm water into separate bowl and stir in yeast until dissolved. Add lukewarm milk mixture and add 12 cups of the flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough additional flour to make a stiff dough. Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic (abt. 10 min) Place in greased bowl, turning greased side up. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down. Cover and let rest 15 min. Divide into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into rectangle. Brush dough with lightly melted margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Roll up and shape into loaves. Let rise until double. Bake at 400 deg for 30 min.
