1 TBLS yeast
2 TBLS sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Sprinkle yeast and sugar into water. Let sit and bubble. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise (1 hour). Roll out dough. Brush dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Can cut into strips and twist, placing on baking sheet or bake as one large flat bread and cut into sticks after baking.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
