Chocolate Crunch Brownies

Chocolate Crunch Brownies
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 TBLS baking cocoa
1 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow crème
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups (12 oz) semisweet choc chips
3 cups rice crispy cereal

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs.  Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla and salt.  Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 deg for 25 mins.  Cool.  Spread marshmallow crème over brownies.  In saucepan, melt peanut butter and choc chips over low heat.  Remove from heat and stir in cereal.  Spread over marshmallow layer.  Chill, cut, serve.
