This recipe is for an 8x8 pan. Double it to bake in 9x13 pan.
Brownies:
1/2 c softened margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/2 cup flour
Beat margarine, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add cooled chocolate until blended. Stir in flour. Spread in 8x8 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins. Cool completely and frost, let set. Pour over choc glaze and chill.
Mint frosting:
Beat smooth 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 TBLS soft margarine, 1 TBLS milk and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract.
Choc Glaze:
In saucepan, melt on low heat: 2 TBLS margarine and 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate (can use 1/4 cup semi-sweet choc chips). Cool slightly and spread over chilled brownies.
