Ingredients:
8oz pkg. cream cheese,softened
8oz. Pepperjack cheese, shredded (I used plain shredded cheddar)
1 1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded (I used some leftover pork roast)
8 flour tortillas
cooking spray
shredded cheddar cheese,green onions, for garnish, sour cream, salsa
1. Stir together cream cheese, Pepperjack cheese and
taco seasoning.
2. Fold in chicken.
3. Divide among flour tortillas
.4. Tuck in sides, and roll up each tortilla.
5. Lay seam side down in a sprayed 9x13" baking
dish
6. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Turn chimi's over, and bake an additional 15
minutes.Serve with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour
cream, and salsa.

Loved this-- NO FRYING!! Was crunchy and yummy with some green salsa! Used leftover pork-- could use chicken or beef-- whatever meat you have handy
