Pork Burros

1 large pork loin roast (can use beef roast, too)
Pace picante sauce - medium
taco seasoning


Place roast in a crock-pot.    Sprinkle taco seasoning over roast.    Let cook 6-8 hrs.
About 1 hr. before serving, drain some of the grease and shred the meat.  Add pace picante sauce (salsa)  and stir.    You can add additional taco seasoning.    Add until flavor and texture is good for you.    Let cook another hour.   Serve with fresh tortillas and toppings.  (I puree my salsa so there is no chunks!)
