New York Style Cheesecake

1/2 c margarine, melted
1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c sugar
4- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1/3 c flour
1 Tbls vanilla
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind


Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar.   Press firmly on the bottom of a spring form pan for the crust.    In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.    Gradually beat sweetened condensed milk until smooth.   Add eggs, flour, vanilla, and lemon.   Mix well.   Pour over crust and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr. or until lightly browned and center is set.   Cool and then refrigerate.   Serve with topping of choice.
