Chicken-n-Rice Soup

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 c water
2 chicken boullion cubes
2 Tbls parsley
2 stalks celery- cut into chunks
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Simmer above ingredients for 1 hr. or until chicken is cooked and tender.    Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces.    Strain liquid.   Put liquid back into pan and add chicken. 


2 c carrots, diced
1/2 c uncooked rice
1 can cream-style corn
2 c milk
4-6 drops tobasco sauce


Simmer above ingredients for 1 hr. or until chicken is cooked and tender.    Remove chicken and chop into bite size pieces.    Strain liquid.   Put liquid back into pan and add chicken.   Add remaining ingredients and    simmer until carrots are soft and rice is cooked (abt. 1 hr.)
