Parmesan Crumb Chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 c parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c parsley
1 c margarine, melted


Mix crumbs, cheese, salt and parsely.   Dip chicken into melted margarine, then roll the chicken in the crumb mixture.  Coat well.   Arrange in 9x13 pan.   Pour remaining butter and crumbs over chicken.   Bake at 350 degree for 60-70 min.  (Shelly Clark & Lori Olsen)
