Hot Fudge

1 c sugar
1/4 c cocoa
 1/4 c evaporated milk
1/4 c margarine


In a saucepan, stir together sugar and cocoa.    Add evaporated milk and begin to heat the mixture on medium heat.   Add margarine and continue to stir until melted.  Bring mixture to a boil, then remove from heat and spoon over ice-cream!   As it sits on ice-cream-- it will become slightly chewy.   OUR MOST FAVORITE!!
