1 c sugar
2 Tbls flour
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
1 Tbls butter
Double- unbaked pie crust
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add sugar mixture to sliced apples and toss to coat. Fill a pie plate with bottom pie crust. Put apple mixture in pie plate and dot with butter. Put top crust on pie and flute edge. Put foil around the edge of the pie. Bake for 25 min., then remove foil and continue to bake for another 20-25 min.
