Lime Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-2 limes, squeezed (abt 1/3 c lime juice)
2 Tbls olive oil
1 Tbsl minced garlic
1 Tbls cumin
1 1/2 Tbls fajita seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 can black beans (optional)

Place chicken in a crock-pot.   Mix remaining ingredients (except beans) and pour mixture over chicken.  Cook for 6 hr. on low.  Shred chicken before serving.   Can add beans, or serve separately.   Serve with fresh tortillas and your favorite toppings. (Arianna Woods)
