Thanksgiving Stuffing (Nancy)

1/2 cup butter
1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4-1/2 cup chopped celery
4 cups dry bread cubes (Pepperidge Farm stuffing is what I use)
1 TBLS parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp poultry seasoning

Melt butter, saute onion and celery until tender. Add bread cubes, parsley, salt & pepper, and seasonings. Toss lightly. Can add bullion or water to moisten. Stuff or warm in oven.
