1/2 lb cooked lasagne noodles (9 noodles)
Sliced or shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
3/4 lb ricotta cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
Mix ricotta cheese, parm cheese, and egg in bowl.
Mix together:
2 1/2 cups speghetti sauce
3/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 TBLS dry parsley
2 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Put some sauce in bottom of greased 9x13 baking pan. Assemble lasagne--using 1/3 of noodles, hamburger, and mixtures in each layer. Lay three noodles, then spread thin layer of cheese mixture, sprinkle hamburger, sliced mozz or about 1 cup, then sauce. Repeat again, same order, two more times. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 mins. Can remove cover last 15-20 mins.
