Gravy:
1 lb ground sausage
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
4 c milk
Cook sausage thoroughly and drain off grease. Add dry ingredients to sausage and mix well. Slowly add milk and continue heating and stirring until gravy thickens. Serve over warm biscuits. (Georgene Strong)
Sometimes, I just get the peppered gravy mix and use that, too!
