Apple Carmel Dip

1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c toffee bits

Cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla until smooth.   Add toffee bits just before serving.   Serve with fresh cut apples.    If you want to pre-slice apples, cut them and store them in pineapple juice or 7-up to keep from browning.
