Pumpkin Bread

3 loaves
350 degrees for 1 hour

 4 eggs
2/3 c water
1 c vegetable oil
2 c canned pumpkin
3 1/3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 c sugar


Beat eggs and then add oil, water and pumpkin and mix well.   Measure dry ingredients and stir with a fork.   Add slowly to pumpkin mixture and stir well.
Turn into 3 well-greased loaf pans.   Bake at 350 degees for 1 hr.   Remove pans from oven and set on cookie rack to cool. (Marjorie Standish- Maine cookbook)

OR-- 1 big loaf and 4 small loaves
