Parmesan Cheesy Chicken

9x13 pan
350 degrees for 45 min.

6-8 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c parmesan cheese
3 Tbls margarine
3 Tbls flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c milk
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
dry stuffing or bread crumbs

Sprinkle 1/4 c of parmesan cheese on the bottom of a baking dish.    Arrange chicken on top of the cheese.   In a small saucepan, melt margarine.   Whisk in flour and salt & pepper.   Gradually add milk and stir constantly until smooth and
thickens.   Remove from heat and add shredded cheese.   Pour sauce over chicken.   Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and bread crumbs over the top.   Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.   Serve with rice or noodles
