Grilled Pizza Dough

1 1/2 cup warm water
1 TBLS olive oil
1 envelope dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
4 cups white flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt

Put warm water in mixing bowl. Add yeast and sugar. Wait 10 mins for yeast to bubble. Add oil, WW flour, flour, salt. Mix dough well or knead well on board.

Let raise 1 hour.

Heat grill. Roll out pizza crusts--I usually make 6 individual personal pizza crusts or you can make 2 large pizzas.

When grill is hot, lay pizza crusts on grill to cook. Cook each side about 5 mins each (depends on heat of grill).

Spray baking sheet and make up pizzas on crusts and then put under broiler for 2-3 minutes, until pizza/cheeses done to your liking.
