2 c fresh sugar snap peas
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/8 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
Prepare snap peas by cutting ends of pods. Preheat oil in a wok over medium heat. Saute snap peas in oil with salt and pepper for 2-3 min, until peas are cooked, but still crispy. Add garlic and toss quickly and remove from heat. Garlic will get bitter if left in heat for more than 10 seconds!
