2 sticks butter, softened
2 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet choc chips (divided)
1 1/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Beat butter until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt until well mixed. Press 1 3/4 crumb mixture into bottom of greased 9x13" pan. Reserve remaining crumb mixture. Bake 10-12 mintues.
Combine 1 cup choc chips and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over crust. Stir nuts into reserved crumb mixture and sprinkle over chocolate filling. Drop teaspoons of raspberry jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with remaining choc chips. Bake 25-30 mins.
