Chicken Roll Ups


  • 6- oz cooked chopped chicken breast(approximately 1 to 1-½ cups)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of milk (use soup can)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Prepared rice

    Directions 
    • Combine chicken (if I am in a pinch I use a can of chicken), softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. 
    • Spoon chicken mixture onto each individual crescent roll; roll/wrap the crescent roll up.
    • Bake according to crescent roll instructions. 
    • In a sauce pan, combine milk, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheese until melted/combined. 
    • Serve over rice and drizzle with cream of chicken soup sauce
