- 6- oz cooked chopped chicken breast(approximately 1 to 1-½ cups)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of milk (use soup can)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Prepared rice
Directions
- Combine chicken (if I am in a pinch I use a can of chicken), softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each individual crescent roll; roll/wrap the crescent roll up.
- Bake according to crescent roll instructions.
- In a sauce pan, combine milk, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheese until melted/combined.
- Serve over rice and drizzle with cream of chicken soup sauce
