Fried Rice

Amy's Recipe


Bacon or ham bits
2 eggs scrambled and chopped
Heat 2 TBLS oil in pan and add above ingredients.  Add in 3 cups cold rice and stir fry.  Add 1 1/2 TBLS soy sauce and chopped scallions.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
