Crepes

Scott Johnson makes excellent crepes!  This is his recipe!


1 1/4 cup flour
pinch salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups m milk
2 T melted butter

Blend together in blender.  Batter is better made several hours ahead and stored in fridge.  Cook in greased fry pan.  Add favorite insides (cream below, fruit, pb, choc, etc)

Cream for inside of crepes:
1/2 c powered sugar
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
