Lyman's Homemade Vanilla Icecream

2 TBLS Vanilla
(1 TBLS lemon juice-optional)
2 1/2 - 2 3/4 C sugar
4 Pints half and half
1 pint milk
2 beaten eggs (we use Eggbeaters)

Mix and follow icecream maker instructions.
