1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (or regular vinegar--that's what I use)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
juice of one small lemon
3/4 c brown sugar
2 Tbsp dijon or spicy brown mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic
Marinate at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours. Grill or pan cook.
