Pizza Crust

2 TBLS yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
pinch sugar
4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil

Put yeast and sugar in warm water together..wait 5 minutes util foamy.  Add oil.  Add flour and salt to yeast mixture and mix well.  Knead ball and coat with oil.  Cover and let rise 1 - 1 1//2 hours.

Punch down, divide in half and spread on greased baking pan/pizza round.  Top with favorite pizza toppings.

Bake for 15-20 mins in a 450 degree oven.


**I usually bake just the crust about 10 mins then put toppings on and cook until edges are browned and cheese is bubbly.
