Stuffed Pork Chops

4 thick cut pork chops
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing (mix with 1/4 c. melted margarine and enough water to make a moist mixture)

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.2.    In a skillet, heat some oil and brown the pork chops. Place the pork chops in a baking dish.3.  Slice into each pork chop 3/4 of the way and fill the gap with stuffing, or cheat and put heaping mounds of the stuffing onto the pork chops.4.    Combine the cream of mushroom soup with the milk, and pour this mixture over the stuffing and pork chops.
5. Bake for 30 min.
