Teriyaki Stir Fry

1 c soy sauce
1/2 c sugar
2 c water
2 Tbls of cornstarch-- mixed with 1/2 c water
choice of meat - chopped in small pieces
veggie choices- sliced thin (carrots/zucchini/water chestnuts/broccoli/snap peas/etc
3 c cooked rice


In a wok, stir-fry your chopped meat in olive oil.    Add vegetables and continue to stir-fry.   In a small sauce pan, combine soy sauce, sugar, and water and bring to a boil.    Add cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened.    Pour over meat and vegetables when you are ready to serve.  Serve with cooked rice.
Also a great sauce to pour over grilled chicken and put on bed of rice.
