Yellow Chicken (Crock Pot)

Place 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in greased crock pot.  Sprinkle with garlic salt.  Add 1-1/2 cups water.  Cook on high 5-6 hours. 

Remove chicken from crock pot and shred.  Return shredded chicken to crock pot (clean out).  In mixing bowl, combine 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1 cup milk (maybe more).  Add some salt and pepper and a handful of cheese.  Pour over shredded chicken and mix well.  Heat in crock pot on high for 1 hour.  Serve with rice.
