Peach Pie

1 c mashed peaches
3/4 c water
1 c sugar
3 Tbls cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c fresh peaches, peeled and sliced thin
1 pie crust-- baked


Bring mashed peaches, water, sugar, and cornstarch to a boil.    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.   Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. Cinnamon and fresh sliced peaches.   Cool slightly and pour into pie shell.   Refrigerate and serve with fresh whipped cream. (Raenada Judd)
