Georgene's Sunday Roast

1 large roast
1 lipton onion soup mix
3/4 c water
1/4 c flour


Place roast in crock-pot in the morning.    Sprinkle soup mix over roast and let cook  slowly through-out the day.
When roast is done, remove roast.    Place water in a jar with flour and shake until smooth.   Whisk into roast juices until thickened for gravy.
Can also add mushrooms or a can of cream of mushroom soup for mushroom flavor.
