1/2 c butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 c flour
4 eggs
In saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt and bring to boiling. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir mixture until if forms into a ball. Remove from heat and cool for 10 min. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon. Drop bough by 12 heaping tablespoons on greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 deg. For 30-35 min. Cool on wire rack.
Cut tops of puffs and remove dough fron inside. Fill with pudding and replace tops. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate over tops. Use boxed pudding, or Mary Ann's homemade cream pie fillings.
