24 Rhodes Dinner rolls, thawed, but, still cold
1 small pkge of non-instant vanilla pudding, plus 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c dried cranberries
1 orange rind, grated
1/2 c butter, melted
Cut rolls in half and rollin pudding mix. Arrange, alternately with dried cranberries and orange rind in a large bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining pudding over rolls. Pour melted butter over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and elt rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cover with foil for last 15 min. of baking. Immediately inverr onto serving platter. Cool slightly and drizzle frosting:
Frosting:
1 c powdered sugar
1 Tbl metled butter
2 Tbls fresh orange juice
