Caesar Dressing

1 C mayonnaise
1/4 C egg substitute
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbls water
2 Tbls olive oil
1 1/2 Tbls lemon juice
1 Tbls anchovy paste
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes, crushed fine

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and beat ingredients for about 30 seconds.   Cover bowl and chill for several hours so that flavors can develop.
